Fruits, nuts and cheese dish: ‘Nutty Pineapple’




What you need:
1 cup of pecan nuts
1 pack of soft cream cheese
Pineapple and kiwi

How to: Place soft cheese on a plate or cheese board making an oval shape, spread out cheese evenly. Put pecan nuts on the cheese, insert cubed pineapple in between randomly. Use kiwi to make a leafy top of the pineapple. Serve it with artisan bread or crackers.

Seafood platter: ‘The Golden Fish’



      What you need: 
      ½ cup of Tobiko fish roe or red caviar
      1 pound of smoked salmon with black pepper
      1 pound of cooked scrimps
      1 can of tuna
      1 celery rib
      ½ pound of cured salmon
      Sea weed salad
      For the garnish: sliced cucumber, green onion, red onion, lemon, red bell pepper, capers.

Fruit creations for kids: 'It's all about cat'


What you need: 
Honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe
Few blueberries and couple slices of banana
A slice of multi-grain bread
Cream cheese
Chia seeds for the mouse and the cat's face
Cantaloupe and few pecan nuts for the 'bees'
mini cookie cutters for the 'bees'
