Mini parfaits, great breakfast ideas


Start your day with a little piece of happiness like this cute and easy-making mini parfaits. Assortment of fruits make them all-seasons favorites and splendid choice for a quick morning breakfast.


Total prep time: 5 min each, makes: 1 serving.
What you need:
Fruits and berries: orange, kiwi, papaya, raspberry, blueberry, grape
Yogurt, cottage or ricotta cheese
Granola or cereal 
Almond nuts or any of your favorite nuts, chopped
Small serving glasses.


How to: Cut fruits and put them at the bottom of the glass.
Arrange all other ingredients in layers. There is a good rule to follow: use same berries and fruits for the bottom and the top layer, the dominating fruit will enrich the aroma of the entire parfait.
