What you need:
Fruits and berries: orange, kiwi, papaya,
raspberry, blueberry, grape
Yogurt, cottage or ricotta cheese
Granola or cereal
Almond nuts or any of your favorite nuts, chopped

How to:
Cut
fruits and put them at the bottom of the glass.
Arrange all other ingredients
