Breakfast for the kids: ‘Flying to the Moon’



What you need:
1. Cantaloupe, watermelon, honeydew, papaya, orange 
2. 1 cup of fresh blueberries
3. Yogurt, cottage or ricotta cheese       
4. Granola or cereal
5. Cookies cutters

How to: Arrange all ingredients in layers: cut honeydew into the small pieces and put them at the bottom of the high glass. Add 2-3 spoons of yogurt, followed by granola or cereal. Put a spoonful of cottage or ricotta cheese and finish up with a few spoons of yogurt. Place plentiful of blueberries on the top covering all white area, we want to create a ‘Deep Space’. Insert ‘stars’ in between the blueberries, and a thin slice of orange for the ‘moon’. 

This is breakfast special for a little boy Isaac who, is believed, to become a scientist or a cosmonaut one day.
