How to: Arrange all
ingredients in layers: cut watermelon into small pieces and put them at the
bottom of the booted cup. Spoon yogurt on the top of the watermelon then, add
granola or cereal. Add a handful of blueberries. Put a spoonful of cottage or
ricotta cheese. Finish up with a few spoons of yogurt. Place ‘Sakura flowers’ on
the top, position 2-3 pretzel sticks in between the ‘blossoms’.
For the ‘Mountain Fuji’: cut bread across making a triangle. Spread it with a cream cheese, sprinkle with chia seeds if desire, add blueberries.
