Breakfast for the kids: 'Berry Bears' toasts and fruity parfait

What you need:
1. Honeydew, cantaloupe, watermelon, raspberries, blueberries and banana
2. Yogurt, cottage or ricotta cheese
3. A slice of multigrain bread, peanut butter and chocolate spread
4. Granola or cereal
5. Mini cookies cutters

How to: Arrange all ingredients in layers: cut honeydew into small pieces and put at the bottom of the high glass or booted cup. Add a handful of blueberries. Spoon yogurt on the top of the fruits, then, add granola or cereal. Add a spoonful of cottage or ricotta cheese. Finish up with a few spoons of yogurt. Place ‘honeydew trees’ and ‘berry flower’ on the top. Sprinkle with your favorite crushed nuts.

A touch: Cut out extra flowers with the cookie cutters to make ‘berry flowers’ and ‘honeydew trees’. Toast a slice of bread and cut it in half to make small baby bears. Toast bread, spread one with the chocolate spread, the other one with peanut butter, add banana. Here is a tip, you have a little girl at home to please, cut a small pink bow out a watermelon and put it on the head of the bear to look like a ‘girl bear’. Arrange pieces on the plate with your artistic touch.
These are very ‘Berry Bears’.
